This site consists of a two-story brick structure built c. 1800-1820. It is of rather simple Federal styling, with corbeled eave cornices, flush end chimneys, and a three-bay facade. This shell midden consists of approximately 8 acres. Four stps placed within this area recorded depths between 20 and 30cmbs. A rhyolite flake was found in one of the stps within the midden area. A small quantity of oyster shell was recovered in three stps along the cliff.
