This project represents archaeological research at Bloodsworth Island, Dorchester County, Maryland. Site 18DO82, the c. 1840-1880 home of waterman William Parks, was one focus of the study. Additionally, sites 18DO107 and 18DO 108 were identified, and artifacts along the shore (find spots 18DOX21-18DOX30) were investigated as possible sites, but were instead found to be deposits resulting from wave action rather than habitation. This resource is a technical report on archaeological investigations at Bloodsworth Island, Dorchester County, Maryland. Site 18DO82 was identified as the home of waterman William Parks from ca. 1840-1880. Two additional sites were identified as disturbed and in need of no further work (18DO107 and 18DO108). This report describes the results of archaeological excavations conducted by Northland Research, Inc. at the proposed site of the City of Phoenix Central Station, 300 North Central Avenue.
