In October 1998, Desert Archaeology, Inc. conducted archaeological testing inside the Duffield portion of the historic Fish-Stevens-Duffield House. The structure was until recently the location of Janos restaurant. The restaurant has vacated the structure and the Tucson Museum of Art is planning to convert the area to gallery space.
