This is a paper/report submission presented at the 2020 annual meeting of the Society for Historical Archaeology. This paper discusses a collection of artifacts recovered from the ash dumps and chutes of three fireplaces in the R. J. Dunn House, an NRHP-listed property in Redlands, CA.
