These are the radiocarbon data reported in Robinson et al. 2020, "Dendrochronological dates confirm a Late Prehistoric population decline in the American Southwest derived from radiocarbon dates". The dates are drawn from the NSF project ‘Populating a Radiocarbon Database for North America’, which have been uploaded to the Canadian Archaeological Radiocarbon Database (CARD; https://www.canadianarchaeology.ca). Dates are aggregated to county level for the upland US Southwest, and are uncalibrated.
