MACROFLORAL ANALYSIS AT SITE 48CR5014 IN THE GREAT DIVIDE BASIN, WYOMING

Summary

Six hearths at Site 48CR5014 were sampled for macrofloral remains.

Radiocarbon dates suggest that Site 48CR5014 is a multicxaiponent site, and place

use of these hearths at different times during the Late Archaic to the Late Pre

historic, approximately 2240 to 1220 BP. Macrofloral analysis of the fill of

these hearths is used to address subsistence activities at this site.
