Summary

Feature D included two oval hearths inside a lava tube that was used as a

cave shelter. A radiocarbon age of 130 + 80 radiocarbon years BP (AD 1450-1890 and AD 1912-1954) was reported for this feature. The fill was examined for

pollen, phytolith, and macrofloral evidence of the contents.
