Summary

Soil from features at thirteen sites in the Barbers Point Naval Air Station

area on O'ahu were examined for pollen, phytolith, and macrofloral remains.

Features at these sites include modified and unmodified sinkholes, as well as

habitation platforms, enclosures, and mounds. Pollen, phytolith, and macrofloral

analyses are used to provide general information concerning plant availability

and use at these sites
