Summary

Five sediment samples from Bishop Springs in Central Washington were submitted for

phytolith and diatom analysis. Bishop Springs is located near or along the Columbia River.

Phytolith and diatom analyses were conducted to indenty periods when this spring was active

during the early Holocene.
