Summary
Three pollen samples collected from a presumed lithic quarry site (CA-SDI-13,655) were
examined to provide information concerning local vegetation from the present and at two points in
the past. At present, no cultural affiliation has been ascribed to this site located in the western
foothills of the Santa Margarita Mountains.
