Summary
A single sample from the Eglington Fault in Las Vegas, Nevada, was analyzed for pollen
and charcoal identification. This sample was collected from a colluvial wedge in the last rupture
at the EI Campo Grande site of the Eglington Fault. Pollen analysis was used to determine the
local vegetation at the time of the rupture. Charcoal in the sample was identified and submitted
for an AMS radiocarbon date.
