Summary
On May 27–29, 2008, Brockington and Associates, Inc.,
conducted an intensive cultural resources survey of the
25-acre Church Point School Tract in Beaufort County,
South Carolina. These investigations were completed
for Hussey, Gay, Bell & DeYoung. This survey was
requested in compliance with state laws concerning the
management of historic properties (i.e., archaeological
sites, buildings, structures, objects, or districts listed on
or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places
[NR HP]) affected by development activities in the
Coastal Zone of South Carolina.
