"The Department proposes to widen the existing two-lane ditch section of SC Route 302 between S-2-1849 and SC Route 81 to a three-lane curb and gutter section with a single sidewalk. Nine feet of new right of way will be required along the entire l.5-mile corridor. Existing right-of-way is 66 feet."
