Summary

A test trench was excavated within the asphalt paved parking area at 2139 Kuhio Ave., Waikiki. Soil samples were collected from the exposed stratigraphic face, three of which were submitted for pollen analysis. Results are used to describe the environment for the periods represented by these sediments.
