Summary

The US Army has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the construction of a Medical Modified Urban Assault Course (MUAC) facility on Camp Bullis Training Site (CBTS), located in San Antonio, Texas. Based on the following summary of effects (and as discussed in the accompanying EA), the US Army has determined that the Proposed Action (as described below and in Section 1.0 of the EA) is not a major federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment, within the meaning of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA). Therefore, preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required.
