Summary

The purpose of this plan is to provide an overall guide for the management and maintenance of lands for which the installation is responsible. This plan is to facilitate the military mission of the installation through the conservation, improvement, and maintenance of its natural resources in accordance with sound agronomic principles. The maintenance of improved and intensively improved grounds, such as lawns, drill fields, open areas, athletic fields, and landscape plantings will be emphasized. This plan is intended for use in conjunction with the Department of the Army Technical Manual 5-630.
