Summary

Signed agreement stating that the Department of the Army has determined that the construction of a Branch Exchange Shopette on Wilson Road in the Conservation District of Fort Sam Houston will have an effect upon a portion of the Southern Pacific Railroad spur, a structure eligible for inclusion in .the National Register of Historic Places, and has consulted with the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.

Now, therefore, the Department of the Army, the Texas SHPO, and the Council agree that the undertaking shall be implemented in accordance with the following stipulations in order to take into account the effect of the undertaking on historic properties.
