Summary

A signed agreement stating that the Department of the Army has determined that the construction of a Community Center, including a PX Expansion, construction of a Chicken Loft fast food restaurant, and relocation of administrative offices at Fort Sam Houston will have an effect upon the National Register Conservation District, Building 371, and Building 372 eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places, and has consulted with the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer pursuant to 36 CFR Part 800, regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (16 U.S.C.. 470 h-2(f).
