The Department of the Army, Fort Sam Houston, has determined that an undertaking to demolish buildings 4226, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 will have an adverse effect on properties that are eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places, and has consulted with the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer, in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, 16 U.S.C.470 (f), its implementing regulations (36 CFR Part 800), and the Programmatic Agreement executed September 19, 1997, among FSH, the SHPO, and interested persons.
