Final environmental impact statement (FEIS) for Bellows Air Force Station (AFS) in Waimanalo, Hawaii. This FEIS evaluates a proposed land use and development plan that consists of two actions: (1) land use changes to provide contiguous land, beach, and water areas of sufficient size and configuration to meet Marine Corps and other military training requirements, and to provide a site for future military family housing; and (2) recreation facilities improvements.
