Summary
This report presents the results of the Section 110 inventory and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) evaluations of sites on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) fee-title land around Pine and Mathews Canyon flood control basins in Lincoln County, Nevada.
The goals of this project were to conduct a Class I Overview and Class III survey of approximately 650 acres of USACE fee-title land at Pine and Mathews Canyons Dams. Condition assessments, NRHP evaluations, and spatial data are provided for 11 previously recorded sites and 19 newly recorded sites encountered during the Class III survey. This ARRA funded Task Order employed 69 specialists.
