Replacement of Locks and Dams 7 and 8, Monongahela River 1986 consisted of two identical copies of the final report, which were in good condition. Each copy was held together by binder clips. The metal contaminants were removed, and report documents were placed in acid free folders. A digitized copy of the final report was also provided to the repository.

The document collection was originally included in a box with other final reports that are associated with the Grays Landing subject property. The different document collections were processed separately. The project reported on the following sites: 36FA77, 36FA91, 36FA128, 36GR54, and 46MG27.
