Memorandum for 902 CES/CEAN, ESOHCAMP Management Action Plan with Root Cause Analysis, Randolph Air Force Base
Author(s): Richard Trevino
Year: 2011
Summary
This memorandum gives a root cause analysis that the original Cultural Resources Management Plan was published in November 1996 and subsequently updated and replaced by the Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) in July 2003. As required by AFI32-7065, 1 Jun 2004, paragraph 1.4.7.4, the ICRMP will be reviewed every five years; this action was completed 30 Oct 2008. Personnel were aware of the outdated mission statement; however, elected to wait final transformation and a Wing determination if the three separate ICRMP’s were to be consolidated into one ICRMP for Joint Base San Antonio. With the exception of the mission statement, the JBSA Randolph ICRMP is current.
