Summary
An evaluation was conducted of the proposed installation of new communications lines and upgrading the existing communication lines within Randolph AFB. By applying Federal criteria and the procedures of the current Programmatic Agreement between the TXSHPO and the JBSA, it was determined the sites are located within the Randolph Field Historic Landmark District. After reviewing the current scope of work and our discussions of the proposed project, it was determined the action will have No Adverse Effect on the landmark district.
