Summary

Special Bulletin No. 4 is a continuation of the Guide to the Identification of Certain American Indian Projectile Points, published by the Oklahoma Anthropological Society in December, 1958, October, 1960, and October 1968. Information and pen drawings are presented for 50 projectile point types that have been recognized in the United States and Canada. There are 200 point types included in the four Special Bulletins; still, not all are included which have been recognized or identified throughout the literature. There are more than 300 point types that have been named at this time with new types being named every year.
