This Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) analyzes and documents environmental effects associated with the Army’s compliance with the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) and other transformation activities at Fort Sam Houston (FSH), Texas, and related field training activities at Camp Bullis, Texas.
