Summary
The United States Air Force, pursuant to the Military Housing Privatization Initiative, has determined it will privatize management of military family housing at Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, through the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI). Under this MHPI, the responsibility for management of military family housing units at Randolph Air Force Base, both those within the boundaries of the National Historic Landmark District and those outside the boundaries will be transferred to a Private Real Estate Developer (Project Owner) through a combination of conveyance and lease transactions.
