Headquarters, U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Center and Fort Bliss of the Department of the Army has determined that the operation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and other treatment of buildings, structures, objects and grounds (facilities) fifty or more years old and certain facilities of extraordinary regional, state, or national significance less than fifty years old may have an affect on properties included in, eligible for inclusion in, have not yet evaluated and may be eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
