Summary
This letter is in response to the proposed alterations to the Officers’ Club at Fort Sam Houston. Per the Texas Historical Commission’s visit on April 13, 1994, with Kinnison and Associates and with Michael Hilger, the Commission is enclosing its recommendations as well as determination of effect to the structure. Much of the undertaking involves mechanical upgrading of the mechanical system and some asbestos abatement.
