Summary
As per the Programmatic Agreement signed May 1991, an annual summary of activities was submitted by Fort Sam Houston for the Texas Historical Commission’s review. The results of the Commission’s tour are described in the attached report of the site visit. The annual inspection highlighted several aspects of CATEX (categorical exclusion) activities which are problematic. This letter also summarizes these items.
