Summary
The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed documentation from Fort Sam Houston for the proposed upgrade of the HVAC system in Building 44. The Commission has determined that the plans generally conform to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation and willl have "no adverse effect" with conditions. This letter details those conditions.
