Letter from Garry Atkins to Lawerence Oaks, Comments Request on Proposed Conversion of Buildings 6202, 6203, and 6204 to Army's Urban Assault Training Program, Camp Bullis, Texas

Summary
Fort Sam Houston Requests that the Texas Historical Commission provides comment in the matter of converting Buildings 6202, 6203, and 6204 at Camp Bullis for use in the Army's urban assault training program. These buildings have been used in the past as temporary officer housing, but have stood unused for a number of years. Because of their limited square footage, the fact they do not meet the minimum standards for Army housing, and their location so removed from the cantonment area at Camp Bullis, their potential for future use is negligible. Included in this correspondence are black and white photographs of the buildings included in the undertaking.
