Response from James Graham to Emily Payne, Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement for Building 330, Fort Sam Houston, Texas
Author(s): James H. Graham
Year: 2005
Summary
The Texas Historical Commission requested an amendment to the existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) relative to Building 330 at Fort Sam Houston. Because the old laundry facility site has been polluted with cleaning solvents over the course of time, the remaining portions of the building must be demolished in order to facilitate remediation of the property, and thus the need for an amendment. This letter contains the requested MOA amendment.
