Author(s): Richard Trevino
Year: 2011
Summary
This memorandum provides documentation for construction of a 2,800 square foot warehouse in the Randolph Field Historic Landmark District. A determination of "no adverse effect" is based on the principle that new construction in historic districts is often necessary. The proposed new structure will be differentiated from the old, and it shall be compatible with the massing size, scale, and architectural features to protect the historic integrity of its environment.
Copied to this correspondence is the San Antonio Conservation Society.
