Author(s): Scott B. Shepherd III
Year: 1997
Summary
The attached letter to the SHPO spells out the intent to replace all original roofing tiles on historic buildings because they are brittle and broken. US Tile’s Bernardo Blend was selected as a replacement of the original and for future new construction roofing tiles. The determination was No Adverse Effect; therefore, additional coordination with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) is required.
