Summary
Randolph Air Force Base is nearing the completion of the undertaking to refurbish the interior of the courtroom in Building 100. A problem encountered is noise penetration from the two restrooms located behind the east wall of the courtroom. Randolph proposes to cover the wall with SoundSoak to help with the noise penetration problem.
