This memorandum concerns the installation of quarry tile on the steps of Building 100 at Randolph Air Force Base. After careful and in-depth consideration of this undertaking, Randolph determined there would be an effect. However, the effect would not result in the removal of the building from the Register or significantly distract from its character-defining features. As a result, the determination is No Adverse Effect.
