Summary
Joint Base San Antonio is proposing an undertaking to convert building 372 into a commercial restaurant facility. This undertaking is one component of a large scale project called “Freedom Crossing” which is proposed to develop the commercial district on JBSA-Fort Sam Houston with the addition of commercial retail, dining and entertainment venues for soldiers and their families on the installation. The only eligible property impacted by the proposed plans for “Freedom Crossing” is the façade of building 372.
