It was determined that this property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it is located within the Randolph Field Historic Landmark District. The proposal to construct a wall and insulate the doors between Rooms 211 and 212 would be determined to be an Adverse Effect and would violate the terms of the MOA. Randolph Air Force Base recommends the proposal be disapproved.
