Summary

The Texas Historical Commission completed its review of the document package of the proposed project of an elevator at Building 900, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. The Commission does not agree with Randolph's determination of No Adverse Effect and has written this letter at length to discuss the Commission's reasoning.
