Summary

Prioleau Cemetery is located at the Charleston Naval Weapons Station in Charleston, South Carolina. The cemetery contains four marked burials from 1813, 1832, 1870, and 1874. In the fall of 2007, Scott Kreilick of Kreilick Conservation, LLC contacted Craig Bennett of 4SE requesting that 4SE evaluate the Prioleau Cemetery wall and prepare a report, evaluation, and recommendations for repair. The physical investigation of the wall was conducted on November 28, 2007. 4SE’s preliminary findings, conclusions and recommendations are presented in this report.
