Summary
This report presents the findings of a historical records search and site inspection for ordnance and explosives (OE) presence located at the former Nellis Air Force Range - Area "A", Las Vegas, Nevada. This investigation focused on approximately 708,621 acres of land that were used by the War Department/Department of Defense. The site was used as a portion of a bombing and gunnery range from 1940 to 1942.
