Summary

The primary purpose of the report is to begin collecting data from knowledgeable Indian people who have demonstrated cultural and historic ties to the NAFR. Participating in this study are the American Indian people (with traditional cultural ties to these lands) who have been consulting with the United States Air Force since January 1996. This report may be considered an appendix or companion document to the Ethnographic and Ethnohistoric Overview produced in January 1997 for the first year of the NAIP.
