Summary

This memo documents the results of a cultural resources review in support of the FPL Cape Canaveral Power Plant Conversion. The FMSF search identified no previously conducted cultural resource surveys within boundaries of the project area. A very small portion of the western boundary of the project area is adjacent to an access road surveyed in 2001 for a Florida Gas Transmission Company survey (FMSF Survey No. 6850) conducted by Southeastern Archaeological Research, Inc. No newly recorded archaeological or historic resources were identified in the vicinity of the project area during this previous survey.
