Summary
This planning document describes the basis and recommendations for collection system and treatment facility improvements to meet the wastewater management needs of the Waimanalo community to the year 2020. A prefinal submittal "Waimanalo Wastewater Facilities Plan" report, dated April 30, 1997, updates and supersedes the original "Waimanalo Facility Plan," dated January 1984. A final facilities plan report will be prepared based on input and comments received during the environmental review process.
