This document is a Section 106 State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) Transmittal Letter for the US Army Range Extended Range Cannon Artillery II Test Program. The project involves the implementation of the Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA II) Test Program on the northern part of Vandenberg Space Force Base. ERCA II is a multi-element, multi-phase test program of the Army’s next generation artillery systems.
