Summary
This document is a Section 106 letter to the California State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) in regard to the Remediating Contaminated Groundwater at Site SD015 project. This letter addresses the United States Air Force's proposal to add two additional temporary monitoring wells that are outside of the original area of potential effects (APE) for the project. This letter is provided for the purposes of revising USAF’s Section 106 finding for the proposed supplemental action from no historic properties affected to no adverse effect to historic properties.
