Draft report on the Department of the Navy compliance study for the Program Comment for Cold War Era Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (1949-1974). This report provides documentation on four Naval installations located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia: Naval Station Norfolk, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Naval Air Station Oceana, and Dam Neck Annex. This study examines the creation of the installations and provides representative samples of UPH and ancillary structures constructed and/or modified during the Cold War Era.
