USDA Forest Service Inventory Standards and Accounting Form (R3-FS-2300-4a) and Cibola National Forest Isolated Occurrence Form completed for the Bonito Canyon Handline Survey project proceeding a prescribed burn.

No heritage sites were located in the project area. However, two Isolated Occurrences (IO) were discovered and recorded. Heritage resource clearance is recommended.

Includes correspondence from the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service to the New Mexico State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).
