Summary

An archaeological resurvey and monitoring program was recently completed for an 0.86 acre area situated on the Robotics Test Range for Sandia National Laboratories, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The Sandia Robotics Test Range is located on the western piedmont of the Manzanita Mountains south of Albuquerque, on land that is owned by Kirtland Air Force Base. The project area was proposed for and subsequently utilized for the testing of extremely high powered jets of water and an earth excavating robot to locate and remove land mines. This archaeological survey and monitoring project yielded no significant cultural resources.
